Ashlee has oversight of all grantmaking processes, assists with the planning and execution of learning and effectiveness initiatives and supervises grants administration in the Community Impact department.

Ashlee joined The Saint Paul & Minnesota Community Foundations in 2010. She has a bachelor’s in business administration with a focus in management from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls.

She loves the outdoors, including fishing, hunting and kayaking. Ashlee lives in western Wisconsin with her husband and two children.
